- Resolving "break/fix" issues on supported versions of Conduktor products
- Aiming to restore functionality after problems caused by configuration errors, software defects, or hardware issues
- Assisting with product usage inquiries pertaining to Conduktor products
- Providing patches to resolve production issues that have no available workaround in Conduktor products
- Assisting with interceptors that belong to our Marketplace page
- Assisting with questions about documentation or helping users locate specific documentation
- Supplying Knowledge Base Articles and documentation links regarding best practices
- Welcoming product feedback and feature requests
- Assisting with subscription and license management issues concerning Conduktor products
What is not covered by Conduktor Support?
- Architecture design and performance architecting
- Conducting thorough reviews of configurations
- Developing and reviewing code
- Troubleshooting software that is not part of the Conduktor products (including custom-built software or custom-built interceptors)
- Providing support beyond the standard documentation for custom interceptors
- Assisting with direct modifications to your environment under the guidance of Conduktor Technical Support. It is important to have knowledgeable team members working alongside the technical support team
- Configuring and administering systems utilized by Conduktor products, such as Operating Systems, Kubernetes, Kerberos Infrastructure, Certificate Authorities, Identity Providers, and LDAP servers
- Addressing questions regarding Kafka, Kafka Managed Services, and/or Kafka User Interfaces that aren't Conduktor products
