As a Conduktor customer you now have the ability to sign into your own support portal specific to your company.
Users can log in, report issues and keep track of these issues along with previous issues logged by them and their current state. There is one user who can see all support requests from a company and their current state but all other users will only be able to set up support requests and see the support requests logged by themselves.
If you prefer to continue to interact with Conduktor Support only via email at firstname.lastname@example.org you can continue to keep doing this.
If you are not the current user who can see all support requests but wish to be, please contact us to let us know.
