You need to add a support request or issue and report it to the support team at Conduktor, so how do you do this? Well first we are assuming you are signed in to the Support Portal related to you company and you have the ability to a new support request. To see how to do this, check out our knowledge base article on it here
Once you are signed in you should see a home screen similar to figure 1 below.

Submit a request
From here either click on "Submit a request" as shown in figure 2 below and go to the support request screen.

You will then be taken to the Submit a request screen where you can add a new support issue according to the options available.
Please include as much information as you can, including screenshots/logs if relevant as this helps us understand your issue and can lead to a shorter time to resolve.

Acknowledgement Email from Conduktor
You will then receive an email from us to acknowledge we have received your support issue.
And we will be working on your issue as soon as we can.
