Gateway 3.0.0 Released!

Gateway 3.0.0 has been released. This major release of the Gateway brings functionality around targeting your interceptors more specifically, adding additional data quality & filtering tools and also a host of rework under the hood for improved reliability & robustness. This can be seen in the form of reworked authorisation to more closely align with what you're used to in the existing Kafka world, and a more intuitive experience when working with the enhanced functionality Conduktor brings in concentrated and alias topics.
