Introduction
As a Conduktor Desktop customer, you may want to change the overall account "Owner" role, whether this is due to the original "Owner" moving job or a change of responsibilities, it can happen.
This short article explains the roles that exist in your Conduktor Desktop subscription, links to how to add "members" and "team managers" and the required information you will need to send to Conduktor Support for us to change or add a new "Owner" to your subscription.
In short only Conduktor Support can add or change a new "Owner, so please raise a support request with us via support.conduktor.io and ensure you include your subscription ID, the new "Owner"'s name and email address and if you wish to remove the old "Owner".
What can an "Owner" do on the Conduktor Desktop Subscription ?
When your subscription is initially created you will always start with one "Owner" role assigned to a person. This comes from the person who has bought the subscription or licenses. The "Owner" role is the highest administrative privilege that a user can have on the account, it allows that person to add/revoke "members", add/revoke "team managers" and also to see the invoices on the subscription.
You can see further explanation of each of the roles here in our documentation.
