Welcome on board! Let's follow a few steps to start your journey on Conduktor Desktop.
#1 - Download Conduktor Desktop
You can download the Conduktor Desktop application here. You just need to select your OS (Linux, Mac, or Windows) and execute the file that has been downloaded.
The daemon will guide you through the different installation steps.
#2 - First steps
When you launch Conduktor Desktop for the first time, you will find a "Log in" button. Click on it, and log in with the appropriate email address. If you don't have an account yet, you can create it by using your email address.
If you see a webpage written "You have been successfully authenticated", you can go back to the application. Otherwise, you'll need more information on the troubleshooting page.
#3 - License
If you are using the free plan, you can move to the next section.
If you are part of a company or a team that has a subscription, you can ask its owner to add your email address, so you should see written "Enterprise plan" or "Professional Plan" on the Desktop home page.
#4 - You're all set!
Now you can enjoy Conduktor Desktop, connect to clusters, develop, operate, troubleshoot, and explore.
If you see any error message, please take a look at this troubleshooting page.
