Introduction

You would like to see recent invoices for your Conduktor Desktop subscription, how and where do you see these?

Step 1 - Ensure you have an "Owner"role

Within Conduktor Desktop Subscription, there are three available roles, "Owner", "Team Manager" and "Member", see our docs here for more on this. However the only role which can view invoices is the "Owner" of the subscription.

Step 2 - Go to account.conduktor.io and login

If you wish to find your invoices yourself go to account.conduktor.io, sign in and as long as you are the "owner" role on the account you can click on invoices and be able to see and download them.

After logging in we see a screen similar to below, notice the "View Invoices", "User Groups" and "Team Managers" buttons at the top right of the screen highlight. The fact these are here indicate the user logged in has an "Owner" role.

Step 3 - Click on "View Invoices"

Click on the "View Invoices" button to bring up recent invoices and give the ability to download them.
