You wish to see all the support requests you have set up and their current status, how do you do this? We are assuming you are signed in to the Support Portal related to your company, see here how to do that in case you need to.
Once you are signed in you should see a home screen similar to figure 1 below.

Navigating to Requests
Click on your account name and then the "Requests" button to go to the "Requests" tab and see all of the requests you have set up and their status. If you are the admin for your company you will be able to see all of the requests set up and their current status.

In the "My requests" section you can see all of the requests you have set up, their status, and can then click on each to see in more detail the correspondence between you, your users, and Conduktor support.

After clicking on a specific request, in this case, "I have a technical problem", we can see in more detail the response from Conduktor Support and are able to respond directly here.

You can view the request you have submitted in more detail, or all of your companies requests if you are the admin. You can also look into each of them in more detail to understand their status and Conduktor Supports correspondence with you.
