Introduction
Your web browser keeps a local copy of website data to load those websites more quickly in the future - these copies are known as your browser's cache.
Some issues you experience can be due to the information stored in your browsers cache. You can test this by trying a different browser if possible when you come across an issue and then observing if the same issue occurs. If the same issue doesn't happen on a different browser then clearing the cache will typically resolve the issue.

Note: after you've cleared your cache, please completely restart your browser. This ensures that the cache is completely cleared.
